About the role
A2H is seeking a Project Architect with strong healthcare design experience to lead projects from conception through construction in its Memphis office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex healthcare projects of varying sizes, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
- Serve as primary client liaison, develop work plans, estimate fees, prepare proposals, and oversee contracts.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage documentation, and lead construction administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NCARB‑accredited program.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with sustainable design and LEED accreditation preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of project design process and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in building codes, construction administration, and risk management.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED standards.
