Project Analyst – Customer Experience & Implementation

About the role

Euclid is seeking a Project Analyst to strengthen its Customer Experience and Implementation functions. The analyst will own issue tracking, trend reporting, and collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery of services to all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage platform operations, tracking bugs, feature requests, outages and resolutions for all customers.
• Respond to internal and external platform issues within defined SLA timeframes.
• Support implementation processes by structuring data within the Euclid Platform.
• Administer Smartsheet, providing support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to overall services delivery initiatives and create/maintain SOPs, training materials, and customer‑facing documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software support or data‑structuring roles.
• Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle or a strong interest in learning it.
• Experience with Smartsheet, HubSpot, and cloud‑based project documentation platforms.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, product management, or a related technical field preferred.
