About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized Project Accountant to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for safeguarding the financial health of our projects, from budgeting and cost tracking to billing support and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Prepare and manage accounts receivable (AR) invoices and detailed cost reports.
  • Reconcile project accounts and track profitability across jobs.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
  • Partner with project managers and internal accounting teams to support project success.

Required profile

  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both accounting and project management teams.
