About the role
Moog is seeking a Program Manager to provide centralized expertise, governance, and support for the organization’s programs, ensuring alignment across multiple interrelated projects and delivering consolidated reporting to leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Provide centralized governance across programs, enforcing methodology, budget controls, timeline management, and quality standards.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate cross‑project dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Partner with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to align priorities and achieve strategic goals.
- Integrate and oversee change‑management activities, including communications, training, adoption tracking, and benefits realization.
- Forecast, track, and report program financial performance, including budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
- Plan, allocate, and optimize resources to support successful program execution.
- Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts.
- Consolidate program status updates, KPIs, risks, and financial results into leadership reporting.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance program delivery effectiveness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum five years of project or program management experience leading complex, multi‑project transformation programs.
- At least three years of people‑leadership or coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and frameworks, including PMI, Agile, and SAFe.
- Proven experience managing program budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Experience leading business process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and relationship‑building skills.
