Program Coordinator I – Education Portal Support

About the role
We are seeking an experienced coordinator to provide customer support via phone and email, manage the Aggie Educators Portal for external partners, and oversee the certification office email account. This role supports teachers and students at Texas A&M University’s College of Education.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for external portal partners, providing user support and troubleshooting.
- Design and deliver virtual, in‑person, and onsite training initiatives for external partners.
- Maintain and update product documentation, including user manuals and FAQs.
- Monitor certification office email inbox, respond to inquiries, and process student requests for test preparation resources.
- Facilitate testing intervention processes and assist graduate program candidates with assignment uploads and admissions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two years of experience in education or related fields with hardware/software literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work beyond normal office hours and occasional weekends; travel may be required.
Required skills
- Customer support via phone and email.
- Technical troubleshooting of web portals.
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx).
- Familiarity with data entry and application software.
- Working knowledge of the Texas Administrative Code.
