Program Consultant II – Promise Scholarship Program

About the role

The Program Consultant II supports the administration of Georgia's Promise Scholarship Program. Working under general supervision, you will coordinate communications, manage applications, and analyze program data to ensure alignment with state goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the communications plan, templates, key dates, and distribution channels.
• Update the program website and schedule social‑media content to keep stakeholders informed.
• Review and process student and private‑school scholarship applications for eligibility and compliance.
• Conduct provider operations reviews and coordinate vendor approvals.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and data‑analysis processes to improve program effectiveness.
• Maintain organized files, record meeting minutes, and distribute documentation.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in educational program coordination or scholarship administration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
