About the role

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of service, is seeking a Professional Liability attorney for its Philadelphia office. The practice group is teamwork-based and client-focused, with opportunities for client interaction and practice growth. Candidates should be interested in representing government officials, police officers, prison guards, cities and municipalities in civil rights, employment and general litigation.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of legal experience
• Interest in representing public officials and government entities in civil rights, employment and general litigation
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research and communication skills

Attorneys are not expected to independently manage cases from start to finish on day one; instead, they work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who mentor and support their development toward full case management.
