Production Worker – Food Manufacturing (2 Shifts)

About the role

Bilinski’s Sausage Co. is looking for reliable Production Workers to join its food‑manufacturing team in Cohoes, NY. You will work on the production line, handling kitchen and packaging tasks across two daily shifts, with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on production, kitchen and packaging duties in a food manufacturing environment.
• Stand for the duration of the shift and work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid).
• Lift and move up to 50 lb without assistance throughout the day.
• Complete repetitive hand and wrist motions while maintaining a consistent work pace.
• Use iPads and computer terminals to record production data and follow instructions.
• Work the assigned shift (1st shift 6:30 am‑3:00 pm or 2nd shift 2:30 pm‑11:30 pm) and stay for mandatory overtime when required.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lb.
• Comfortable working in cold, wet or humid conditions.
• Proficient with iPad and basic computer terminal operation.
• Bilingual ability is encouraged.
