Production Technician – Second Shift (Freehold, NY)

About the role
System One is seeking reliable Production Technicians to join its manufacturing team in Freehold, NY. This is a second‑shift, on‑site position offering a competitive hourly wage and the possibility of permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to perform technical tasks in a production environment.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient processes.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the ability to lift at least 40 lb.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to the second‑shift schedule (3:15 PM – 1:45 AM, Monday‑Thursday, occasional Friday).
Required profile
- Prior experience in production or a technical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lb.
- No allergies related to the plant environment or materials.
- Strong punctuality and reliability.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
