Production Technician – Manufacturing & Packaging

About the role

The Production Technician works on a manufacturing line to mix, load, and package pharmaceutical products. You will follow written and oral instructions to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production runs.

Key responsibilities

• Mix and load ingredients into machinery using hand tools and devices.
• Operate assigned stations on the production line, including tablet manufacturing, liquid packaging, cartoning, and equipment cleaning.
• Complete required documentation accurately and maintain cGMP compliance.
• Clean and sanitize production areas before and after runs.
• Observe machinery for safety and efficiency, and perform hand‑packaging or sealing as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lb and assist with equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Experience working on a production line.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Willingness to adapt quickly to policy and procedure changes.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb.

What we offer

• Starting pay $18.00 per hour (range from $14.00 per hour).
• Full‑time permanent position, 10‑hour shifts, 4 days a week.
