Production Team Member – Food Processing

About the role

Join the production team at Bonduelle Fresh Americas and help deliver fresh, plant‑rich food products to consumers across the United States. As a Production Team Member you will work on the shop floor, supporting line leads to meet the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow GMP, PPE, HACCP and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a clean work area.
• Operate tools and equipment (scoops, decanting spray, dishwasher, tape machine, box labeler) according to established processes.
• Place product and condiments into bowls, pack units into approved cases, and ensure proper labeling and seal integrity.
• Visually inspect packed bowls for quality, weight, and correct markings.
• Cross‑train on multiple stations (packer, filler, stacker, inspector) and multitask as needed.
• Maintain 5S standards, report any quality issues to QA, and comply with SQF regulatory programs.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a wet environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented production setting.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English, French and Spanish.

Required skills

• Creo (CAD software) proficiency.
