Production Team Member – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Bilinski's Sausage Co. is looking for Production Team Members to join its food‑manufacturing facility in Cohoes, NY. The role involves hands‑on work on the production line, kitchen, and packaging areas, supporting the creation of high‑quality, all‑natural sausages.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily production tasks on the line, in the kitchen and during packaging.
• Stand for the entire shift and maintain a consistent, acceptable work pace.
• Work in variable temperature conditions (cold, wet, humid).
• Lift and move a minimum of 50 lb without assistance throughout the day.
• Complete repetitive hand and wrist motions as required.
• Use iPads and computer terminals to record production data and follow instructions.
• Adhere to mandatory overtime requirements when scheduled.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
• Comfort working in cold, wet or humid environments.
• Capable of safely lifting at least 50 lb repeatedly.
• No facial hair or jewelry while on the production floor.
• Bilingual ability is encouraged but not required.
