Production Team Leader

About the role

Brenntag is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader in Greensboro to oversee daily production operations, make sure all orders are processed efficiently and keep the warehouse clean and organized. The role suits someone with a background in warehouse management who enjoys logistics and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations so that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Supervise production staff and guide them to a high standard.
• Oversee process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized while following safety protocols.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain stock at optimal levels.
• Maintain equipment and address mechanical issues promptly.
• Run regular audits and take corrective action on issues affecting production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a warehouse management role, preferably as a Production Supervisor.
• 1 year of production experience, 1 year of shipping and receiving experience, and 1 year of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or a related field is desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
