Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Supervisor leads a team of hourly associates on a fast‑paced manufacturing floor, ensuring high efficiency, safety, food safety, quality, and cost performance. This onsite role focuses on daily coordination, continuous improvement, and developing associate leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and schedule hourly production staff.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employee performance.
• Assign work, monitor production metrics, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Resolve employee concerns, maintain morale, and develop future leaders.
• Utilize CMMS and PLMS to manage maintenance and production line monitoring.
• Collaborate with other production support teams and follow company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with fleet policy.
• Regular attendance and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Professional appearance and adherence to PPE and safety policies.
• Strong leadership, organizational abilities, and experience coaching multiple associates.

Required skills

• Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) proficiency.
• Production Line Monitoring System (PLMS) proficiency.
