Production Associate - Mat Roller (2nd Shift)

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support its Rental Division on the 2nd shift. The role involves evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, operating a rolling machine, and ensuring the work area stays clean and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned floor mats for quality standards.
• Safely load mats into the rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Sort and place rolled mats in designated staging locations for delivery.
• Meet or exceed production standards tied to incentive pay.
• Follow all safety rules and guidelines.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work safely near others for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, teamwork, adaptability, and integrity.
