Production Solutions Consultant

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Solutions Consultant to act as the expert on its full line of production print hardware and solutions. The role involves assessing customer workflows, designing and demonstrating solutions, and supporting sales of print production hardware and services.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to production print and professional services revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer production print strategies.
• Perform pre‑sales assessments, create statements of work, and expand software and services opportunities.
• Demonstrate solution value through proofs of concept and workflow setups.
• Analyze customer business requirements and develop solution recommendations.
• Coordinate with implementation teams on resourcing and staffing.
• Maintain sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of production print solution consulting or sales experience.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Four‑year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Understanding of end‑to‑end production printing workflows.
