Production Operator – Rotational Arctic Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to work on client facilities and drill sites located in remote Arctic camps. The position follows a 14‑day on/14‑day off rotation and involves operating and supporting production processes in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in safety programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
• Ensure safe operation of production processes, pipelines, utilities, and safety systems.
• Exercise Stop‑Work Authority when conditions are unsafe.
• Conduct routine operator rounds and equipment surveillance.
• Respond to process upsets, perform start‑up and shutdown activities for planned and unplanned events.
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Maintain operating integrity through Safe Operating Limits, Management of Change, and Control of Work.
• Complete required training and competency certifications.
• Prepare and execute energy isolations and equipment maintenance preparations.
• Achieve production targets through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Required profile

• Current/valid driver’s license.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Field Production Operator for wells, remote gathering systems, or a processing facility.
• Preferred: 3 + years of direct oilfield or petrochemical operations experience.
• Associate degree or higher in process technology or a related technical discipline.
