Production Operator

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate technical equipment in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area and promote safe working conditions.
• Follow standard operating procedures to support efficient business operations.
• Monitor equipment and take appropriate action when unusual conditions occur.
• Drive hand and power trucks.
• Use computer controls to run process operations.
• Participate in Lean and process improvement activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends.
• Two years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Required skills

• Operating technical equipment.
• Driving hand and power trucks.
• Using computer systems and controls for process operations.
