Production Manager

About the role

We are a growing aerospace manufacturing company seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple departments. You will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality, and on‑time delivery while collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production using ERP/MRP systems.
• Manage production teams and oversee shop‑floor activities.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate equipment utilization, maintenance, and downtime reduction.
• Handle inventory and raw‑material planning, controlling costs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of production management or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with production metrics, scheduling, and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
