Plant Manager – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

We are partnering with a leading food manufacturer to find a Plant Manager for one of its largest and most strategically important operations in the DFW area. This role goes beyond meeting production targets; it focuses on building leaders, strengthening culture, and creating a sustainable high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire plant operation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor leaders at all levels, fostering an authentic and trusted presence on the shop floor.
• Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and accountability.
• Build high‑performing teams while enhancing operational metrics such as OEE and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align plant goals with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
• Successful track record of leading cultural change and transformation in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build engaged, high‑performing teams.
• Strong operational expertise across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement.
• Visible, authentic leadership style that earns trust and develops future leaders.
