Production Manager – Frames/Wall Deco

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead the Frames/Wall Deco production line, overseeing the process from order placement through final delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure timely shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Send order requests to vendors, confirm details, and manage back‑orders.
• Enter purchase orders into the system and distribute them to vendors.
• Maintain and update cost sheet data within the Purchase Order system.
• Manage the Time and Action calendar to meet production milestones for each product category.
• Coordinate with Sales, Art, and Product Development teams to align shipments with order requirements.
• Review and approve carton markings and packaging layouts.
• Monitor production timelines, proactively address delays, and keep records up to date.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• High attention to detail and ability to recall details quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.
• Strong professional communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of market dynamics and business judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
