Production Manager – Assembly (Night Shift)

About the role

The Production Manager will lead the night‑shift assembly line, ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing of lithium‑ion batteries. You will be responsible for meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize company resources to sustain safe manufacturing and distribution excellence.
• Manage functional production teams to achieve manufacturing KPIs.
• Empower, develop, and reward individuals and teams for performance and growth.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
• Coordinate with internal cross‑functional teams to meet customer and company goals.
• Participate in management meetings and provide status updates on production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in an industrial setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor staff.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and Panasonic’s core principles.
• Ability to work night shifts (D or B shift).
