Production Line Worker – Fresh Cut Vegetables

About the role

We are seeking a Production Line Worker to join our fresh‑cut vegetable operation in Stuart, FL. The role involves operating equipment and performing manual tasks to process and package fresh vegetables while maintaining food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate cutters, slicers, peelers and packaging machines according to specifications.
• Perform manual duties such as washing, trimming and inspecting vegetables for quality.
• Package processed vegetables, ensuring correct labeling, weight and count.
• Conduct quality checks and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow food‑safety regulations.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods in a cold (36‑45°F), noisy, humid environment.
• Manual dexterity, good eyesight and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and ability to work quickly in a team‑oriented setting.
• Experience in food processing or manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of vegetable varieties and handling requirements is a plus.
