About the role
The Production Helper supports the manufacturing process at Flowers Foods by performing routine production line tasks, maintaining a clean work environment, and adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform production line tasks as directed by the person in charge.
- Execute routine tasks using standard procedures and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Comply with all company policies, including safety, EEO, and Sarbanes‑Oxley.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
Required profile
- Entry‑level position requiring minimal training.
- No formal education required, but must be able to read, comprehend, and record job‑related information.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work safely.
