Production Generalist – 1st Shift

About the role

The Production Generalist works on the 1st shift to safely operate production and packaging equipment, ensuring product quality and food‑safety compliance. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary environment and support the team in meeting daily production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Inspect raw ingredients and finished goods to verify compliance with food‑safety and quality specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in line with GMP standards.
• Accurately record production data using the company’s software system.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and achieve production targets.

Required profile

• Available to work full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 6:45 am – 3:15 pm on‑site.
• Commitment to follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
