Production Excellence Coordinator (Internal Employees Only)

About the role

This role oversees production execution and quality inspection at key checkpoints (quality gates) throughout the manufacturing workflow, ensuring products meet defined quality standards before moving to the next phase or shipment. It contributes to the ELSP Senatobia, MS factory in the USA and reports to the Production Supervisor. The work model is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute 100% quality gate inspections at critical manufacturing stages to identify defects and non-conformities (functional and aesthetic, as defined by engineering).
• Document inspection results and ensure timely corrective actions, including active training or re-training, are implemented.
• Drive the shift team in allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines to meet production targets.
• Perform all types of production assembly work, including testing, packaging and inspection.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods during a shift.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Detailed and team-oriented; flexible to work overtime with little or no notice.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the entire production flow (assembly, testing and packaging).
• Basic computer skills and understanding of overall manufacturing operations.
