About the role
FieldWrk, a branding and marketing agency serving essential industries, is looking for a Production Coordinator to keep its photo and video projects running smoothly. You will be the hub of logistics, ensuring every shoot, freelancer, and travel detail is aligned.
Key responsibilities
- Organise travel, accommodations, and logistics for photo and video shoots.
- Coordinate crew and vendor contracts, collect insurance certificates, and onboard all production personnel.
- Maintain the production calendar, tracking shoot dates, crew availability, milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, track expenses, and assist with financial reconciliation.
- Support project timelines by updating statuses, managing deliverables, and ensuring on‑time content posting.
- Provide operational assistance to Social Media & Digital Marketing teams to keep content calendars on track.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in video or photo production coordination or as a production assistant.
- Proven ability to communicate with clients and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated skill in juggling multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Highly proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Travel coordination and booking expertise.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Experience handling production budgets and invoices.
