Production Brewer / Distiller

About the role

Grand Canyon Brewing & Distilling is seeking a passionate Production Brewer/Distiller to join its team. You will be responsible for crafting high‑quality beers and spirits while ensuring safety, efficiency, and innovation throughout the brewing and distilling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Brew and distill a variety of beers and spirits according to established recipes and methods.
• Monitor fermentation and distillation to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Maintain equipment and keep the brewing/distilling area clean and safe.
• Collaborate on recipe development and product innovation.
• Conduct quality‑control tests and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist with inventory management and raw‑material procurement.
• Participate in tastings and promotional events as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in brewing and/or distilling with a solid understanding of the processes.
• Knowledge of brewing and distilling equipment and routine maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for craft beverages and commitment to quality.
• Relevant certifications or formal training are a plus.
