Production Associate I – $18+/hr (Full-time)

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate I to work on its manufacturing floor. The role involves rotating through multiple positions in the production plant, providing coverage for breaks, vacations and absences, and supporting overall production volume.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production tasks across at least three different station functions.
• Assist with production duties based on daily work volume.
• Maintain daily accuracy and productivity to meet accountability standards.
• Execute housekeeping duties and follow health and safety protocols.
• Provide general support throughout the facility as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8‑hour shift.
• Physical capability to bend, lift, twist, and stretch repeatedly.
• Reliability in meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
