Bulk Material Operator – Cementing (Entry Level)

About the role

Join Halliburton’s cementing team as a Bulk Material Operator, responsible for safely handling and moving bulk cementing equipment and chemicals at our Bossier City plant and wellsites. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a leading energy services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant under supervision.
• Pull and transport bulk equipment to wellsites for job execution.
• Load bulk materials, assist with chemical loading, and interact with the laboratory.
• Calculate load‑out sheets and operate the Accublend system safely.
• Apply all relevant HSE policies and procedures in daily tasks.

Required profile

• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year experience in material handling or cementing operations.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.
