Production Assistant

About the role

The Production Assistant supports the Director of Production in day‑to‑day operations for the Wholesale business. Based in the Dolce Vita office, this on‑site role ensures smooth processing of factory purchase orders and work‑in‑progress data.

Key responsibilities

• Enter all factory purchase orders (POs) into the system.
• Update changes to work‑in‑progress (WIP) across multiple platforms to guarantee accurate reporting and inventory receipt.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, leveraging available resources.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with strong follow‑up and completion abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
