Product Support Specialist - Tech

About the role

Provide financial and technical product support for Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions, helping clients leverage software to improve business outcomes and interpret credit risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via web, email, and telephone with product usage, troubleshooting, and interpretation of outputs.
• Deliver education on product features, functionality, and technical architecture to users of all experience levels.
• Capture client feedback, contribute to knowledge‑base content, and collaborate with engineering, research, and product teams.
• Manage and appropriately escalate requests while maintaining ownership of client interactions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in client support, customer service, financial services, software or technical support.
• General understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows‑based software, spreadsheet and word‑processing applications.
• Basic knowledge of database administration tools such as SQL.
• Familiarity with credit risk concepts, loan origination, and portfolio management (preferred).
• Interest in AI concepts and responsible AI practices (preferred).

What we offer

• Base salary range $67,800 – $98,400 per year, plus incentive compensation.
