Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of digital health solutions that enhance patient, caregiver and provider experiences. The role translates clinical, operational and business needs into intuitive, regulated digital products such as portals, mobile apps and virtual care tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for digital health solutions, ensuring alignment with Customer Experience and Digital Solutions strategies.
• Prioritize and manage incremental improvements based on stakeholder feedback and usage data.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, IT, compliance and marketing teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting wireframes or mockups.
• Design and facilitate user acceptance testing, creating test cases that reflect real‑world scenarios.
• Manage delivery of features across platforms (websites, mobile apps, patient portals, CRM tools) in an agile environment.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or digital product manager, preferably in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, ADA and other privacy, security and accessibility standards.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for global meetings and customer visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and StoryBook.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHR/EMR platforms and Salesforce Health Cloud.
