Product Owner – Healthcare Consulting

Infosys is seeking a Product Owner to join its Healthcare unit, driving AI‑enabled solutions that simplify complex processes and improve patient outcomes. The role will operate across multiple US locations, collaborating with clients and technical teams to deliver industry‑leading services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address integration issues, and support post‑implementation stability.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and coordination abilities with a focus on process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience creating detailed process maps and technical documentation within a specialized domain.
• Proactive approach to benchmarking studies and product research.
• Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
