Product Operations Manager

About the role

Scan.com is building a national imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers to faster, higher‑value diagnostic imaging. As a Product Operations Manager you will bridge strategy and execution, creating repeatable delivery processes and turning launch data into learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate rollout plans for new product features, working with PMs, Engineering, Design, and Operations to sequence launches, manage dependencies, and ensure teams are prepared.
• Create and maintain product documentation for internal training and external communication, including feature briefs, release notes, and reference materials.
• Partner with the data team to monitor post‑release analytics, surfacing signals that indicate a need for iteration, promotion, or reconsideration.
• Coordinate cross‑functional sign‑off for feature launches, ensuring leaders across Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Clinical review and approve releases.
• Build and maintain a product knowledge base structured for AI agent consumption, designing information architecture and iterating on content quality.
• Support the product team on OKR planning and monitoring, translating strategy into measurable objectives and reporting impact.

Required profile

• Experience in product operations, program management, or a related operational role within a technology company.
• Strong written communication skills for clear, reusable documentation.
• Comfort working with product and delivery metrics and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Excellent coordination instincts across multiple stakeholders, proactively addressing missing sign‑offs or drifting dependencies.
• Collaborative disposition, influencing without authority across PM, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Genuine AI fluency, using AI tools daily and structuring information for reliable AI agent consumption.
• Prior experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or another regulated high‑velocity domain is a plus.
