Product Marketing Manager I – Earners

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, customer‑obsessed Product Marketing Manager I to lead go‑to‑market strategy and lifecycle engagement for products that help drivers understand, grow, and maximize their earnings on Uber. You will shape how drivers discover and adopt tools that improve their experience and long‑term success on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional alignment across Product, Operations, CRM, Regional teams, Data Science, and Support to improve driver discovery and engagement with earnings features.
• Develop compelling messaging frameworks and customer narratives for earning models, metrics, and tipping products.
• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for new product launches, feature rollouts, and evergreen engagement initiatives.
• Partner with CRM and lifecycle marketing to create targeted engagement strategies that increase driver trust, reduce confusion, and drive habit formation.
• Collaborate with regional operations and commercial teams to tailor messaging and education while maintaining global consistency.
• Work with Research and Data Science to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights for positioning, user experience, and product strategy.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience delivering successful engagement and acquisition strategies.
• 2+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex product systems into clear value propositions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams globally.
