Product Marketing Manager – Brand Partnerships

About the role

Cardless is a Series C fintech that enables leading brands to launch credit‑card programs. The Product Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships will own the visual layer of partner and investor communications, turning strategy into compelling decks, mockups and brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain partner and investor presentation materials, creating customized pitch decks on tight timelines.
• Design high‑fidelity product mockups and prototypes in Figma for card‑holder interfaces and partner dashboards.
• Translate product decisions into accurate visual representations and flag inconsistencies early.
• Maintain and evolve Cardless’s visual brand across all external assets, establishing reusable templates and processes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of product marketing or design experience with a strong portfolio of presentations and product visuals.
• Experience working alongside commercial teams (partnerships, sales or business development).
• Fintech or financial‑services design experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work independently at high output without constant creative direction.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, prototyping).
• Advanced presentation design skills using PowerPoint.
• Professional Photoshop and image‑editing capabilities.
• Fluency with AI‑powered design tools for rapid content creation.
