Product Manager – Technical II

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager – Technical II to join its Switching Solutions team. In this role you will define and deliver solutions that support Mastercard's core transaction processing systems, working closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering, and architecture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers and product teams to capture business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives, and operational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable technical solutions.
• Support end‑to‑end product delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, Agile delivery, testing, implementation, and post‑production monitoring.
• Manage and refine product requirements, user stories, and priorities to meet delivery goals.
• Facilitate cross‑functional discussions and stakeholder workshops to drive alignment.

Required profile

• Strong product thinking and business acumen.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to navigate complexity and drive consensus across diverse teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile product delivery processes.
• Understanding of scalable technical architecture and solution design.
