Product Manager

About the role

ReSupply is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape and deliver technology that transforms charitable supply chains across the U.S. The role works closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross‑functional teams to define, prioritize, and launch platform initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user value, effort, and impact.
• Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis to translate complex pain points into specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design in an agile environment to clarify requirements, manage trade‑offs, and ensure timely, clean feature delivery.
• Work with Operations, Customer Success, and Data teams to identify bottlenecks and build automated workflows, integrations, and data flows that support growth.
• Coordinate cross‑functional rollouts, set success metrics, and monitor post‑launch feedback for continuous iteration.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of dedicated product management experience delivering platform features or complex web applications.
• Strong grasp of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and workflow mapping.
• Ability to analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative data to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite at the Downtown Boston headquarters.
