Operations Integration and Delivery Senior Consultant

About the role

Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Operations Integration and Delivery for Managed Services within the Government & Public Services practice. The role focuses on delivering technology‑enabled performance improvement for DoD and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of an assigned workstream, managing scope, schedule, resources, milestones, risks and governance.
• Drive convergence across programs, teams, workflows, infrastructure and mission systems.
• Translate mission objectives into integration plans, SOPs, dependency maps and service‑level requirements.
• Facilitate requirements, risk and stakeholder sessions, documenting decisions and actions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, produce status reports, metrics and executive briefings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• 3+ years supporting DoD or defense‑sector programs in program/project management, modernization or process improvement.
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder workstreams, developing governance frameworks and service‑level agreements.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead projects, mentor others and meet tight deadlines.
