Product Manager

About the role

Elligint Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead innovation and roadmap execution for its solution suite. The role works closely with engineering, design, clinical experts and go‑to‑market teams to deliver features that drive value for healthcare payers and population health workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more functional domains on the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape product strategy.
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into intuitive product features.
• Define feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
• Partner with clinical SMEs to ensure usability and compliance.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities, including launch planning and stakeholder enablement.
• Present roadmap and demos to internal stakeholders, leadership and customers.
• Support continuous improvement of product processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience on SaaS platforms in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of delivering products that meet market and customer needs.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and clinical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with a strong sense of ownership.
• Collaborative leadership style with influence across teams.
• Must reside in the United States.
