Operations Specialist – Remote (US)

About the role

Generator Health is hiring an Operations Specialist to join its remote team and support healthcare workflows aimed at streamlining medication access. The role coordinates tasks across healthcare providers, insurance carriers, pharmaceutical affordability programs, and partner pharmacies, managing end‑to‑end operational processes and leveraging proprietary health‑tech software.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day operational workflows to expedite patient prescription fulfillment and access.
• Liaise between healthcare providers, insurance companies, pharmacy networks, and assistance programs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data‑informed workflow optimizations.
• Master proprietary software systems to process, track, and manage healthcare tasks.
• Maintain data integrity and uphold strict operational quality standards across all patient touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare operations, workflow management, or analytical process design; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving, operational discipline, attention to detail, adaptability, and cross‑stakeholder communication.
