Product Manager

About the role
RxDiet is looking for a hands‑on Product Manager to become the first dedicated product hire. You will own the roadmap for both internal tools that support staff operations and the member‑facing mobile/web applications that guide patients through their healthcare journey.
Key responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and specifications for internal dashboards, CRM‑like systems, and workflow tools.
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of customer‑facing mobile and web applications, from concept through launch.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical operations, and leadership to translate business needs and member feedback into actionable product plans.
- Use analytics and data to monitor product performance, inform decisions, and iterate on features.
- Establish product processes and best practices as the inaugural PM on the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience.
- Proven track record building or managing internal tools used by staff.
- Experience delivering member‑ or customer‑facing mobile/web applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter with a startup mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Interest in food‑as‑medicine, healthtech, and community health.
