Product Manager II – Hybrid (Horsham, PA)

About the role

LexisNexis Reed Technology is seeking a Product Manager II to lead modernization initiatives for patent data processing workflows. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and delivering AI‑native automation across pre‑grant and grant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own roadmap planning and execution for one or more workflow modernization initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce manual work and increase throughput.
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and delivery of automation solutions using AI, machine learning, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and rules‑based systems.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure solutions are usable, adopted, and impactful.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and operational acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog aligned with business goals and delivery capacity.
• Analyze workflow, productivity, telemetry, and quality data to validate hypotheses and quantify economic impact.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
• Willingness to pass a background investigation.
• Located near Horsham, PA for a hybrid onsite schedule.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to connect product decisions directly to operational and economic outcomes.
