Senior Program Manager – Hybrid (Horsham, PA)

About the role

LexisNexis Reed Technology is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic modernization initiatives for its government portfolio. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, operations, security, and release management, driving AI‑enabled engineering programs and portfolio planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own the program governance model, establishing cadences, decision rights, and escalation paths while maintaining a single source of truth for portfolio status, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain a portfolio‑level view of priorities, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic intent.
• Manage all phases of assigned projects through the product development lifecycle.
• Project‑manage cross‑functional teams spanning Market Vertical, Product Management, Engineering, Testing, Legal, Operations, Security, and Release Management.
• Conduct stakeholder negotiations across portfolios to align scope, sequencing, and trade‑offs for large, complex projects.
• Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources and review allocation.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
• Located near Horsham, PA for a hybrid onsite schedule.
• Highly organized, operationally rigorous, and technically curious.
• Fluent with modern AI productivity tools and workflows.
