Product Manager - AI Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager specializing in AI technology to shape and deliver AI‑powered products that solve customer needs and create meaningful value. You will work across product, engineering, design, data and business teams to turn opportunities into clear product plans and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for AI‑powered products and features.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities and business priorities to inform product direction.
• Translate customer, business and technical requirements into clear product specifications and priorities.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science and research teams to develop and launch product features.
• Guide products through discovery, development, launch and ongoing improvement.
• Evaluate how AI capabilities can address customer problems and contribute to reliable product experiences.
• Use customer feedback, product analytics and market research to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Define product goals, success measures and monitor performance after launch.

Required profile

• Professional experience in product management, preferably within technology or digital products.
• Proven track record taking products or features from discovery through launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including their potential applications and limitations.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, data or research teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Confidence collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
