About the role

Diablo Tools, a brand of Bosch Group, is seeking a motivated Product Management Specialist to join its New Product Development team in Atlanta. The role blends technical marketing with product development to bring innovative power‑tool accessories to market.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Group Product Category Manager, sales, customers, and end‑users to gather product insights.
• Translate user needs into clear technical specifications for new and existing product categories.
• Conduct end‑user testing and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing product maintenance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or engineering.
• Strong motivation, extroverted personality, and competitive drive.
• Passion for construction products and power tools; knowledge of power‑tool accessories is a plus.
