Product Management Manager

About the role

The Mastercard Digital Enablement Services (MDES) team is seeking a self‑started, result‑oriented product manager to lead a portfolio of initiatives across MDES and partner organizations, advancing the digital and tokenization agenda. The role focuses on driving product growth while aligning strategy across product, engineering, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to synchronize roadmaps and execute shared objectives.
• Lead Digital Core prioritization, communicating priorities, trade‑offs, and commitments to senior leadership.
• Manage bi‑weekly program reviews, roadmap updates, executive reporting, and governance activities.
• Own and continuously improve product and program documentation in Confluence and related knowledge repositories.
• Identify and implement process and tooling improvements, optimizing platforms such as Aha! and Jira.

Required profile

• Proven program management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder‑management abilities across global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $221,000 USD per year, with potential annual bonus or commissions.
