Product Inspector Team Member

About the role

Join 3M’s Angleton facility as a Product Inspector Team Member, where you will work in a modern laboratory environment supporting quality and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with global 3M teams while applying your curiosity and technical expertise to ensure product specifications are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory and testing equipment.
• Perform QC/QA testing, conduct calculations, and analyze samples and test data.
• Document testing results, maintain accurate records, and generate detailed reports.
• Investigate variability, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external regulatory bodies.
• Provide training on testing procedures and equipment usage.
• Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment and support QHSE objectives.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a laboratory, quality, manufacturing, testing, calibration, or technical environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record documentation.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
