Product Inspector – Team Member

About the role

Join 3M as a Product Inspector Team Member and work alongside innovative colleagues worldwide. You will help ensure product quality and safety while supporting a safe work environment in a manufacturing setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain test equipment, including calibrations.
• Perform calculations and data analysis, compare results to specifications, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Document test results, keep organized records, and prepare detailed reports.
• Interact with regulatory and testing entities and communicate findings.
• Train personnel on test procedures and proper equipment use.
• Maintain good housekeeping and support quality, environmental, health, and safety objectives.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year of industry or labor experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
